Warranty
Webley & Scott shotguns are manufactured to the highest possible standards, using the finest materials, to give a lifetime of service. In the unlikely event of a defect in material or workmanship, at anytime, within five years of purchase for the 900 series (excludes wood work), Webley & Scott will repair or replace the shotgun (at Webley & Scott’s discretion). Warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the shotgun and cannot be transferred to subsequent owners. Only applicable to 900 series shotguns purchased in the United Kingdom (UK).
Webley PCP, Spring, DRAM Air Rifles and Pistols are a 3 year limited warranty*
Webley CO2 Rifles and Pistols are a 1 year limited warranty*
AGS Scopes are a limited lifetime warranty*
*Limited = This is only valid to original purchaser and is non transferable. Proof of purchase for the product also required.
Please note: The warranty will be invalidated if:
- The shotgun has been disassembled and incorrectly assembled
- The shotgun is found to have lubrication not recommended by Webley and Scott
- The shotgun has been fitted with non-standard parts
- The shotgun has been misused or abused
- The warranty card is not returned within 28 days of purchase
Please note: The warranty does NOT cover:
- Fore grip or Stock
- Carrying Case
- Any damage or faults caused by owner misuse or accidental damage
- External coatings
- Shipping costs of the shotgun to/from the service center
The warranty is in addition to your statutory rights in the country of purchase. To register for the Webley & Scott Warranty, the warranty card must be completed and returned to Webley & Scott within 28 days of purchase. Please retain your sales receipt as proof of purchase.
All repairs must be organised through your local Webley dealer. Please note we will not carry out non-warranty repairs.
